Rachel is no stranger to the hospitality industry where she spent 8 years working for American Express (UK) in London. Her role as a Senior Client Manager of Restaurants & Hotels saw her manage an impressive portfolio of clients which included Michel Roux, Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, Tom Aikens and Relais & Chateaux, to name but a few.
After relocating to Brighton, Rachel's confident and professional approach resulted in her working with award-winning local businesses such as Sam’s of Brighton, The Chilli Pickle and Small Batch Coffee Company. She has also helped companies in the interior design, architecture, art and retail sectors. For five years running, she organised The Live Food Show, for Brighton Food Festival and promoted the Amazing Thailand Festival for the Mudita Trust.
Rachel is also the founder /owner of acclaimed breakfast delivery service Bonjour Breakfast.
In 2013, she moved to the USA and is currently based
in New Canaan, CT - where she recently took on an exciting
new challenge as editor of New Canaan Hamlet Hub.
