Rachel is no stranger to the hospitality industry.  Her confident and professional approach has grown from heading up a restaurant public relations department ten years ago.  Her position as American Express Senior Client Manager of Restaurants & Hotels saw her managing a portfolio which included Michel Roux, Gordon Ramsay, Tom Aikens and Relais & Chateaux, to name but a few.

The latest addition to Rachel's increasing portfolio are Interior Design, Graphics and Architecture clients. For the third year, Rachel is running the Live Food Show, as part of the Brighton Food Festival and The Amazing Thailand Festival in Surrey.

Her Brighton breakfast delivery company Bonjour Breakfast recently celebrated its first year of trading.
